I need help with gPSP's (not gpsp_kai) cheat function

I cannot get any of my cheats to work. no matter what I tried, even following what i have read does not work.

I have included my .cht files in a RAR archive for anyone to look at.

if you can help, please do so.

Note:The cht files can be opened with notepad.

some GPsP have problem loading some cht files
currently i know nothing of version that makes the cht work
