where should i buy my flashkart from?

i've seen that cyclods, acekard 2 (& R.P.G.), and dstt/ttds are the current top choices

anyone know any reliable & cheap priced places to buy any of these carts?

btw from the looks of things i'm leaning towards cyclods and acekard 2

also does the acekard 2 have the in-game text viewer? or is that only cyclods?
