Does this exist ? (music notation)

You know the music notation/composition PC softwares, Sibelius/Finale and the like..?

I think it would be incredibly handy to have a similar music notepad on the DS to create sheet music on-the-go, it would be amazing for composers and music enthusiasts and fun for the uninitiated too.

Since almost every possible application I can think of has been created for the DS (I mean, you can already use the damn thing as a phone!), is something like this alreadyavailable? or in the works?

If not, is anyone interested in trying their hand at programming something like this? (I have absolutely no programming knowledge whatsoever, otherwise I'd try myself)

Well I'm starting to learn C++ programing, but I don't know if you can program for the DS with it. And anyway, I also, was thinking about wanting something like a Musical Sequencer for DS, like, CubaseDS! (that would be so cool =D)
I do hope someone will think about this as a project.
