scariest game?

what is the scariest game out there ether for the 360 or ps3? i am interested in buying one :P i played the dead space demo and it was pretty freaky :O but i just wanna know if there are any others that may be even better/scarier.

personally i'm not a fan of "scary" games, but yeah Condemned (the first one) had its moments before it get a bit ott at the end to the point its not scary

lol, i learned that you loved it but i wasn't sure if it was THAT scary, i believe you describing it to me as being awesome and such but never overly scary :P anyways thanks for the replies guys

Bioshock was freaky in the beginning because you don't know what to expect, then it gets a bit repetitive but the great story keeps you hooked. If you haven't played it I highly suggest renting/buying to prepare for the sequel.
