ok i get to the part where it says 6. Copy h.bin in root of your memory stick

7. Copy index.dat in root of your memory stick but i dont no where ot paste/copy them ????

The root of the memory stick is defined as:
X:\
where X is your drive letter for your memory card/PSP USB drive.
