Question PSP Skins vs Faceplates - You Decide the Winner

Inconjunction with the world leaders of PSP Skins and Faceplates, Namely DecalGirl .com, we have a survey of sorts to discuss which is the best to change the colour of your PSP, lets take a look at a few Skins and faceplates:

    First the PSP Skins

    Now the Faceplates

Now the faceplates are more expensive and you have to take your PSP apart which voids your warrenty but the end product is excellent. The skins however are cheaper, theres hundreds of colours, the installation is tricky but once done leaves a great finish.

Lets see who you think is the bestout of Skins and Faceplates and make sure to browse DecalGirl .com to see the massive range of PSP Skins/Faceplates.

Post your views on which is best via the comments.

Well, If You Wanna Play It Safe, And Keep Your Warrenty Intact, Go For The Skins, But If Your Daring, And You Dont Care About That Little Grey Sticker Go For The Faceplate. Seeing As My Warranty Sticker Is Long Gone, I'd Have To Say Faceplate, As It Gives A Better Over All Look, And Its Alot Better Quality, Then A Cheap Sticker Stuck On Your PSP.

I'd prefer a Faceplate rather than a skin.

I'm just reluctant on performing surgery my precious PSP. Mostly concerned about dust or debris getting on the LCD under the faceplate lense which will not be able to be wiped off without leaving nasty smudges.

When I had my Sega Game Gear, dust under the screen was a big problem and really irritated me.

I have a skin for my psp... I like it, although one time a lightbulb got a little too close to my psp and melted the skin a bit, so it bubbled a bit, but hey, maybe it protected the psp? lol.

What I REALLY want to do is get a faceplate that matches my skin so that I can have the skin part on the rear of the PSP (over the umd drive and whatnot - because that's my favorite part of it) and then have a faceplate on the front. I think that would be perfect
