Kung_Fu Fetus's NDS 3D World Toolset PLEASE HELP

I've been looking for Nintendo DS Engines for days and the only thing that i could use that I've found is NDS 3D WorldToolset by Kung Fu Fetus. I Downloaded it all, installed everything, made a simple cone in 3ds max, exported it, but when i went to open the actual engine itself (NDS3DWorldToolset.exe) it said it couldn't locate the file MSVCP71D.dll. I downloaded that online, unzipped it, and have it ready, but i don't know where it's supposed to BE. Please help?
