PSX-PSP Multidisc trouble >.<

I know this problem's been tackled, but I can't seem to find a guide I understand/works...
Basically I wanna convert my Final Fantasy PSX games to work on my PSP - I've been fine doing it with single-disc games, but I know you need to do something different with multidisc games due to the save files

I tried using this guide: http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php...ple_Disk_Howto but I don't really understand it... I've been using the Simple Popstation GUI
I then tried this guide which looked a lot easier to follow: http://my.afterdawn.com/ibizagti/blo...sp-with-pypops but PyPOPS.py doesn't open (with python installed ofc) i'm guessing it's a vista thing T_T

I would highly appreciate if someone could please link to/give me simple instructions on what I can do to overcome the save data issue with multidisc PSX games? Thank you

something like the RS-GUI PopStationMD v3.00 i found here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/sho...d.php?t=186447) would be perfect but it crashes everytime I click on 'make' please help!

*EDIT* sry, I didnt mean to make a second post - and I think i have have the problem sorted... obviously i won't know until i complete a disc, but fingers crossed >.<
