best way to downgrade and cfw 5.03?

Ok Im looking into downgrading my psp so that I can put custom firmware on it. Right now it is at 5.03 official. What would be the best way to downgrade and upgrade it to cfw? thanks for the help

That'd depend on what type of psp you have.Is it a phat,slim or 3000?chances are if its new and either a slim or 3000 then you wont be able to hack it yet,but if its an older slim(say maybe 7 months or more,im not quite sure) or a phat then you can hack it using a pandora battery.There are plenty tutorials about how to make one floating around if ya just give it a google
