Any good website selling Xbox LIVE Gold which emails the code ?

Hello guys .. I am looking for an online website selling Xbox LIVE Gold Subscriptions, that fulfills the following requirements:

1) Emails the code to the buyer (since I am located outside the US)

2) Accepts payment through Credit Card (as I don't have Paypal - long story :P)

3) Google Checkout is NOT required (Google Checkout does NOT work with my Credit Cards for some reasion :P)

4) Sells in US Dollars (not UK Pounds - Pounds are more expensive :P) ..

I already know of maximuscards.com and gametimecodes.com, but they only accept payments through Google Checkout, which I don't want (see Point #3 above)

So if any of you know any good online retailer selling Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, and also fulfills the above 4 requirements, please do let me know ..

You could try Amazon.com. They have a Xbox Live store now with digital sales so you get sent the code etc:
