Emu/Game not appearing :-/

Hello,
here's the problem:

I made two discs with Neo4ALL AES (Samurai Spirits 4 and Last Blade 2), but both don't work; I start the Dreamcast, DC logo appears, DC makes loading-sounds, but then...nothing happens.
After some minutes the DC menu starts (Memory Card, Play Disc, etc.) and says to insert a valid disc.

To create the image I used Boot dreams and burned it with disc juggler (homebrew runs with disc juggler).

Is it possible things don't run because I didn't find any file named aes-bios.bin but instead named the file Neo-geo.rom, which was on its place, aes-bios.bin ?
Shouldn't at least the Emu start up then ?

For NEO4ALL/AES you dont need bios files, but you must include directory and all files of 'neo4all' directory.

You have to make a cd like:
/ip.bin
/1st_read.bin
/neo4all/aes.mod
/neo4all/colors.txt
/neo4all/background_aes.bmp
/neo4all/...
...

Also, you have to add your .AES converted roms.
