Default Need advice on upgrading to CFW on PSP Slim

    Hi there

I have a PSP phat, 1003 model which I have installed CFW M33 5.00 (with update 6) on.

I now wish to upgrade my PSP Slim but I'm not sure where to start.

It has 3.71 OFW on it and I've been reading around and from what I've read it seems I need M33 3.71 on my phat PSP to make the pandora mem stick (along with a pandora battery).

Is that correct, and if so how would I go about downgrading M33 5.00 to M33 3.71?

I don't currently have a Pandora battery (I'm thinking of getting a Datel Tool battery), I did the CFW install on my PSP phat via GTA LCS and I'm now getting a bit lost as to what I have to do to get my Slim upgraded to CFW so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank in advance.

Ok here is how it goes
    - Get the 1.50 kernel addon for your phat (if you don't have it already)

    - Look for the pandora's battery creator, all you need to make it work is 1.50 kernel, so it goes on the GAME150 folder (no need to downgrade)

    - Run the pandora's battery creator, backup your battery's eproom (you'll use it later to make it normal again)

    - Run pandora's battery creator again to convert your phat's battery into a pandora's battery.

    - Download this autoinstaller to create a magic memory stick (follow instructions)

    - Use the pandora and magic memory stick to put CFW on your slim

    - Convert your phat's battery back to normal by flashing back your eproom with the pandora's battery creator on the phat

    Hope this helps
