Playing DS games online using WPA/WPA2

I own a Nintendo DSi and have a wireless router using WPA/WPA2 encryption. I can successfully use the DSi online by typing in my key but games that use WEP encryption such as Mario Kart do not work.

Is there anyway I can play games like Mario Kart online using WPA/WPA2?

Original DS games can only use WEP, no matter if they're running on a DS or DSi.

Nintendo should upgrade their firmware with an option to do a "FAKE" connection wep that is linked with WAP configuration.
