My brother also got scammed once he ordered a mobile phone from the internet.
When he got it it was dirty, it had fingerprints on it and the headset was missing so he send it back and he got a new one with a headset and it was clean without fingerprints.

Oh yeah I sooo know what you mean I got my ds and I got finger prints all over the R L A B and start buttons. And I didn't get that 90 day warentty either they truly need to make an unscratchible screen like you could sc$#@! it with a bread knife and it wouldn't leave a mark.

Like the iphone or ipod touch?
They should do that with all consoles.
Although you can't use a stylus on those screens only if you have a human finger as a stylus. XD
I also got my Ds screen and flashcard so badly damaged that i want a new one but i'm not going to buy a new one. :P
