DGen Help for a nub?

Okay I just started to get into the Emu scene on my psp. I got the UO SNES emu working fine, installed it with the SEI PSP tool thing.

Now when I try to install Dgen PSP with the SEI PSP Tool I get a invalid PHB file error. So I manually dragged the two folders from the dgen file onto my psp and it does show up in the game menu, but when I start it I get a the game failed to launch error.

Are the DGEN and DGEN% folders under PSP/GAME ?

yes, the dgen prog shows up in my mem stick when I go to games, mem stickon my psp
