What is currently the best way to mod the Wii now?
Can someone tell me the Pros and Cons of the significant ones?
Also, it would be great to have their official website for further research. Thanks

Homebrew Channel... Twilight Hack.
Pros:
No mod-chip
Emulators
Multi-Region
Many more pros, you can read them everywhere.
Cons:
4.0 your screwed
Unknowing what to do may result in a bricked console.
Nintendo may block your console from certain things, though I've not been blocked from anything.
