Saving games to hardrive

I have recently got a xbox with a hardrive in but im stuggling to work out how to save the games to the hard drive... could someone help asap

Well theres a couple of ways once the systems modded, one is to use a utility to put the game on the hd from the disc in the drive & the other is to ftp the contents of the game disc onto your pc then onto the xbox hd, a method I used to play pso with some hacks (I aint goin online with it so I figured why not?, & currently use with black, cuts down the load times a hell of a lot & in case anyone was wondering yes I bought the games.

could u tell me how to use the method where you put the disk into the drive.....as i am a amateur
