I'm trying to domgrade my 2.0 to a 1.50 to play snes games and I cant access the homebrew guide sum1 plz hep!

How do i play music on my psp? i have changed the files from wma to mp3, and it is taking the space off my memory stick but there are still no songs there, i have a version 2.6, help!!
