RIN 3.2 issue on 0.96 Eloader

Hello - hope its ok to post this question, but I have cleaned up my psp last night, removed the older eloaders in favour of 096, just so they don't appear in the images directory (the bin files are still there etc)

Anyway, everything is working fine, except RIN, now I am sure it was working at one time (possibly on 090?) however the compatibility list says RIN works on 096.

So whats wrong? I just get a black screen, is anyone else having the same issue? I have tried the GTA method too and reinstalling. Have I missed a config file entry?

Any help much appreciated.
