Hey I have just started downloading on to my psp and I downloaded the psp genesis and when I try to start the program it saysthis game cannot be started.the data is corrupted does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Well, sounds like you're trying to use the firmware 2.00 or up, which, can not run emulator and other homebrew apps. You can find downgraders to make the firmware a lower version, but there is a high risk of bricking your psp. One thing you can do doesnt always work, but its safe and wont ruin your psp. Send it to sony, and tell them something is wrong with it. With any luck, they'll send you back a new psp with a lower firmware. If your'e unlucky, youll just get back a psp with the same firmware you started with. But either way, your psp wont get wrecked.
