Not available for the NeoGeoCD so it isn't playable on the PSP. Blazing Star had a prequel though which may be available for the NeoGeoCD or you can try Last Resort.
I been doing some web searching and looking for good thing to run on my psp 1.50. Being a really big fan of the old school shooter I saw some images and thought I got get this working. I love the look of this game and would like to know what I would need to play it on my psp 1.50. The game was made for the Neo Geo not the Neo Geo Cd I could be wrong if I am please correct me. I know where to get the rom but not sure what emulator will work with it and how will it will work. Any help please.
Thanks
Gaz

The non-CD version of the NEO-GEO used massive cartridges that often had hundreds of meg of memory built into them. This is what made the games so expensive and lead to SNK developing the CD system in order to better disseminate the system into the public. It's also what makes the system next to impossible to emulate on the PSP. The PSP only has close to 32MB available for running games and the emulators that host them.

I'm not really a shooter fan, per se, but being a die-hard TGCD owner, I've had my fair share of exposure to some of the best in the genre, and Last Resort is deffinately one of my all time favorites. The vehicle you pilot was ripped straight out of Silent Mobius (the Spinner), and the whole game follows up with that cyber-punk feel. I might just be a wuss, but it can be bloody challenging as well.
Sound cool all I need now is to get the neo geo cd emulator running on my psp 1.5. Any tip would be helpful.
Thanks
