Also, this glitch applies to VBA GX, the emulator for the Wii. and I am playing with the newest version.
I was playing Pokemon Fire Red today for the first time when I noticed that a lot of the time the framerate was kinda low. I went and changed the video Rendering settings from Filtered to Unfiltered. The game ran much nicer for a brief moment, then got laggy again. I checked the settings, and the Rendering settings was back on Filtered. Is this a glitch or is there a way to keep it on Unfiltered permanently?

never seen this happen in 1.7, 1.8 or vba-m, depending where you have the emulator stored, you might need to use the right click context menu run as admin item.
