Default Probelm with my PSP 2000 screen.

I took apart my PSP a couple of months ago to change the faceplate.
Because of my busy schedule, I couldn't reassemble it up until now.
The screen didn't light up though once I put everything back together.
You can hear the opening chime which is strange.
I stored it in a safe place this whole time.
I have all my ribbons connected according to the Chinese website that has those high-resolution photos.
Has anyone gone through this? Any tips or suggestions? I'm sure there's something I'm not doing correctly.
