Hacking for Emulator's Help.

I have a Nintendo DS, I want to move a Emulator for the DS to play GB games, onto a Flash Card, then play it off the flash card, or a better way is to share it over my network if I can onto my DS.

If I get a Flash Card It would fit into the DS correct? And how would I go about getting the .nds onto the Flash Card from my computer? Also, Anything else that I need besides those two.
