Where do I put the file? How do I get the Nester J software on my PSP? How do I get the NES games on there?
You have to put the emulator in PSP/GAME. To play games on the emu you have to obtain a rom file from a rom site like rombay and romhustler.

To use 1.00 homebrew you are supposed to make a new folder and put the eboot(1) inside (if not already made).
