I have a quick question for you guys. Is it possible to trick your PSP into thinking you have Firmware V 2.6 so I could play Me and My Katamari? I now I can trick in into 2.0 and such, but I haven't seen 2.6 like that.

You don't know what you are talking about, pkmaximum.

Yes you can trick your firmware, but only 1.50 and 2.00. By using the SXT version changer, you can make your PSP think it is version 7.50. There has also been a mod of this done by some Robert guy on this site that makes it think that it is version 6.66 (just for kicks, of course). This tricking will enable your PSP to play games of higher firmwares.

Oops. Just remembered the 2.00> PRX check. You're going to need RunUMD to play 2.00> games, but the version changer works on 1.51/1.52-requiring games.
