WinCE Emulator
Hey from a guy who knows nothing, I was wondering if it is posible to make a windows CE emulator since the Dreamcast has a version of WinCE already on it.
Just wondering if it's possible

One there is a legal issue useing Wince on the dc and its very different to the P.c. version of wince

i guess it seemed to simple to be able to use the embedded WinCE that way.

There is NO embedded version of windows on the Dreamcast. Just like on a computer without a hard drive, even if someone puts a windows sticker on it, it still won't have windows on it.
