Dudes...i have a psp 2004 .It runs ok with cfwenabler 2.51 ....i tried to install gen-a and it dose not work....but now i can't eaven run cfwenabler (hen still runs)...any help? what should i do....waiting for an update or what?
works a treat. you can format the memory stick and it will provide the correct folders for you. place the required files in there. if you cold boot you will loose gen A and have to start again. i formatted in gen A then re installed chickhen r2 and Gen A. probably keep them there so i can re-install whenevr needed.

Im having a problem, when I click start on the LAUNCH-ME file, it copys the folder of the installer into my game folder, but there is no files in the folder, so it doesnt work.. anyone know what is going on?
does this firmware stays in the flash0 so you don't have to reboot everytime like hen?
does this mean that i can install M33 CFW?
When using the LAUNCH-ME, be sure that you specify what drive letter your PSP is. (The very last option left blank at default - just put in the letter by itself, ie g) That should fix it.
Edit:
@Zin0099:
If your psp shuts down (either manual or crash) you'll have to get your psp into HEN mode (using ChickHEN R2) and then use the installer again to get back into CFW mode. Just be sure to remove the flasher file it creates when you first install it.

Ahh pirates win again!
When I run the installer from the game menu, the screen goes black for a bit and shows a message stating ms0:/files/systemctrl_02g.prx not found! Aborting! and then it just goes right back to the dash.
Edit: I'm a PSP mod n00b. I thought I had a psp-3000 but it's a 2000. Specifically a Slim v1.0, TA-085. Anyway, I was able to get that working, but when I hit O to reboot in custom flash, the screen goes black, the power light stays on for about 10 seconds then the memory stick activity light flashes for a split second and the system shuts off.

So let me see if I get this right. If I install this CFW on a psp 3006 with chickHEN, does this mean that after a cold boot, both the CFW AND ChickeHEN are lost, and it means I have to re-enable chickHEN and use the .exe file to reinstall the CFW? Please answer - I'm a newbie, and I certainly don't wan't to do anything stupid and brick my 3006.
TIA
Hi,
I found this post via Slashdot and I'm glad my PSP-3000 is finally hackable. My only concern is that the EXE files in the zip are showing to be infested with trojans.
