I HAVE A 2.6 ANDTHE NEWEST NESTERJ WORKS.AND THE SEGS GEN SNES GBA GB/GBC AND A TON OF OTHER HOMEBREW THE LIST AT FANJITA GETS BETTER ALL THE TIME BUT ON TOPIC: I found a way to get the feds to follow me around smashing people just steel a fed car when you have a 5 star warrent ( the black undercover cop car with siren in the window are feds this may work with any " vigilante type missions" im not sure but when i used the hover car mode and then failed to complets the mission after busting 2 people the fed cars still "acted as though the mission was still on so i had fun "hovering around the city with my own "gangta group of fed cars" smashing everything!!!

tried on 1.5fw wont load may have to upgrade to 2.0 again

HOW about getting a CHEAT DEVICE working FOR 1.5FW PSP make it cheat device v1.5 Come on edison 1.5 is alot easier to deal with than 2.xx firm dont leave us 1.5'rs to starve...

This is pretty sweet. Now I don't have to memorise the hover car cheat and not having my game freeze in the rc things.
