Can I ask one thing why was Nincest ever released if there wasn't anything that worked well and how did the name change (I don't mean the pc or whatever it was on before version)
And Psmonkey when did it switch from 1.5 frames to 11-15 thats pretty amazing, was it just one step or gradual.
    Keep up to great work

Nincest was a for fun test as well I did it because the fighting between pspu & dcemu was too much for me. So i did it in hopes it would get the sites to come to an agrement. I somewhat work ( i can say dcemu on their site and you can say pspu on this site, as well now they link to my blogs on news post vs linking to a post i made on their forums). I also have kept up my half of the bargen by continuing work on a n64 emu. Yet I dumped nincest and started from scrach. I just was kind of lazy to clean up the main.cpp which still had old nincest code and crap not used. :P

Umm i've been doing 5fps since the 1st release of monkey64. Pong did about 50fps. This is all due to a jump hack that speeds up the emulator when its just looping an address (normaly done to wait till vblank). Quest64 is one of the few comercial games where this little jump hack makes a huge difference. If I was not doing the hack the fps would more be around 4-5fps.

For 3D games, both. The 3D objects are drawn and textures placed on them.

For 2D games, mainly textures. However, I think the HLE stuff is still used for shape transformations... I don't know much about emulation though.

PSPU=PSPUpdates right? Or something else? Sctach that I think it is something else, if so...... what is it?

It takes thousands of nuts to hold a car together, but it takes only one to shatter it across the highway

Duct Tape is like the force. It has a light and dark side, and it holds the world together
