Superpass 2 flash question

Hi, I just bought a brand new Superpass 2 and Supercard (SD) from EBay. I was wondering does the Superpass 2 come flashed with a firmware or would I have to flash it with the latest firmware before I can use it?

You will have to flash the Superpass2 with the firmware of the sacrifice game. Well, it really depends on what firmware you have on your DS, but its pretty easy to do that and not have to worry about it possibly stuffing up
