Even if this was a final build though, it would be a fine one.
I was never interested in multiplayer and I think this version runs pretty good, expansion packs, mods and all.

Classic old games like this are PERFECT for "on-the-go" gaming.

Yes you can. For an easy way to do it you can head over to http://garretpeters.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=15. Otherwise, you just have to type in the IP of the game you want to join when you're at the multiplayer screen. The garretpeters server has been slow lately, but we're working on getting it to be popular again.
