ok , i got did everithing like told , changed the path , bootet with gta exploit , Got the key , Typed that in the site from Xart , got a reg key , putted the key in the root . and it still says i need to have the key , i have firmware 2.6 .

And whats in the Reg file is this :

the eloader boch o.97 is the best version of the eloader for compatability so far.. get that at the 3rd link below..for the best guide to any firmeware psp read kaisers guide to homebrew below( 2nd link)
