I think it's a bug in the menu. I faintly remember reading to rename your game with a smaller file name to fix that problem, but don't quote me on that. Might be worth a try if you can't wait for the new version.
I've got a nooby question, hope you can help me..
I created a genplus3 cdi image inclusive bins with sbi. I burned it with diskjuggler, and almost erverything's ok but:
some of the files have become siamese twins, e.g.
SHINING_AND_THE_DARKNESS__J.BIN
has become
SHINING_AND_THE_DARKNESS__J.BSHINING_FORCE...
When I take a look on the disc-structure via pc, everything's fine.
Of course I can't load these twin files with the emu (normal files are perfectly playable).
How come? Can you help me?

The file names are too long. Rename them.
Also you can zip them
Btw, if you would use BootDreams to burn the /Inducer/ folder, you would have full Joilet & RockRidge support too, e.g.:
SHINING_AND_THE_DARKNESS__J.BIN -> Shining in the Darkness.zip
