I'll try again..

Download the .rar file from the front page. Unzip the .rar file using winrar (google it for a free download). You will be presented with two folders - GAME and GAME% (I use GAME to represent whatever it may be..). Use the USB connection or a card reader to access your PSP. When youre browsing the memory card open the PSP folder and then the GAME folder. Copy your game folders (in this case GAME and GAME%) into this folder. Now start your PSP and go to the Memory Card and you should see your homebrew.. Thats it!

What firmware are you running?

If its 1.5 you have to use the seiPSP tool I mentioned above to get the two folders you need for 1.5

im having trouble gettin this to work
the file is rar. so when i connect the psp to the computer and try to open the file it says "no can do" or something like that can anyone please give me a link to a different file
not a rar. file
