    I did almost everything there, I didn't have the hot glue or the nes sleeve.

    The NES sleeve idea appeals to me as it keeps the asthetics of the PSP D-pad while increasing it's functionality. Nice find and thanks for the link.

    I did the fix Napalm-Death posted 4 weeks ago and it's absolutely worth it.
    you now can play games like Street Fighter (or even Shoot'em Ups) with the D-Pad like on the original console.

    And even for games like Civilization on the SNES it's very useful. you can navigate precisely in every one of the 8 directions.

    Hi dude great find! BTW is it possible that u show me the d-pad thing that u modif the D-pad after u rubbed it. I Wanna see the D-pad only. So i could have a good look which one i should rub it
