Ok, I can handle changing Joystick Nubs and even the occasional Faceplate replacement, but *WHO* on Earth can handle replacing the backlight on a PSP??? You'd have to be an electronics Guru to disassemble the PSP, replace this hard to access component, and assemble the PSP in working order! Not to mention that any adjustments to the LCD screen should be done in a Clean-room. And I don't mean just a "Clean" room, I mean like the kinds of assembly rooms used by NASA!

Installing something like this isn't for the amateur hobbyist. That website should have some kind of disclaimer that, without adequate knowledge and technically resources, any attempt to install something like this will most likely result in failure and the destruction of your PSP.
