A Few Questions

I've been away from the world NDS homebrew/emulation for a while, and was wondering a few things.

1. What is "Games n Music"? People keep talking about it.
2. Has Moonshell 2 been updated? The version I have is a Beta, and indeed, it is "very" Beta.
3. Has the DSi's features changed homebrew/emulation at all?
4. Can DSi downloaded features by played using a TTDSi?
