Tekken PSP Release Pushed Back

Glancing at Sony's latest release schedule it appears that Tekken fans will have to wait that little bit longer to play the PSP version of the iconic beat-em-up. Originally destined for released this Summer, the game (an adaptation of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection) will instead be published in September 2006.

Although initially confirmed for a Summer 2006 release, recent statements regarding the title have only listed Tekken: Dark Resurrection as coming 'later this year', so at least today's news makes the release more definite than before - despite the longer wait.

Well, that stinks as I am a BIG TEKKEN fan!!! I wonder what firmware this game will employ and if that is why it is pushed back.
