    Default PSP Emulator Development ?!

    i wonder if there is any documentations for PSP -or- General Emulation Dev, cause i'm planning to develop a real PSP Emulator that runs Commercial Games.. and it could emulate PSP hardware in a stable environment ..
    just help me please, to step forward in PSP emulation

    There is a PSP emu for
    PC but it doesnt run ISo and stuff its ment for hombrew testing
