I got the address book download, instant messenger, e-loader, and scheduler. I also downloaded e-loader but I don't know where to save it on my PSP could anyone help me>

If you are running Windows, download the self-installer from Fanjita's Place. If you run some other platform, you may have to download the zip archive and extract it's content to the root of your memory stick.

Edit: If you are also asking about where to put all that other stuff, im not sure because you havent specified the names of the programs. If you find a folder or folders containing an eboot file, my best bet is to put that folder in the psp/game directory.
