What is the best SMES emu for fw2.5?

I can play some games using uo SNES9x but have to skip frames and turn off the sound. Is there a better alternative?

what other options can i use to speed up games?

Also does running the clockspeed use up battery any faster?

The best SNES emulator I've used is called UoSnesx PSP, in order for it to work you need fanjita's eboot loader, you can get it at his site if you don't have already. Plus, you need GTA:LCS for the eboot loader for it to work.
