Notepad v3 for v2.0+ Consoles

i got a v.3, and i don't know how to install the notepad. how do i install it in my psp? i don't know anything much 'bout comp so can u tell me how in details?

first we need to know your firmware version
(If you dont know turn your psp on then go to settings > system settings > system information. the number next to the words system software is your firmware version.)

how can I put this in my PSP? exactly where do I copy the files? sorry I'm a dunzo when it comes to these things...
