Which is why I am not surprised that both Draconum and the majority of the community do not know who the actual creators are. This is partly in effect that a lot of other news sites other than my own had for some odd reason, once again, considered this a solo project by just Arguru, which is not a bad thing by any means, but people don't really know where the real 'center', so to speak, for discussing and looking for updates and talking with the developers is, and fansites like PSPSMM.com tend to steal the credit as they are dedicated to mods of our game.

Edit: Draconum, thanks for the post edit, btw.
good points. I know I was VERY suprised when it become difficult to locate the game's origin, when there was a whole site dedicated to it! Not one link did I see. So I understand your guys' frustration with this, although as long as people credit you and link you, I think it's great for people to be releasing mods for it.

I've just tried for the first time today and think it's pretty slick. The scrolling background is nice and the graphics look very bright and clean. Very good homebrew. Can't wait to try some of the modded graphics.

I do have to say the character movement feels "off" somehow though. Maybe I just need to get used to it?

It's ok, but it seems new mods are coming out every few hours and it just gets abit boring as the basic gameplay is always the same (obviously).

Im very impressed by the Mini Mario Game and both sites. I regard PSP3D as a site like our with decency, although this webmaster opens his maybe too much about other sites that pull stunts that ruin the scene.

this game is definitely overrated. It's going to get old fast, just like Attack of the Mutants.

I still have hopes that people are going to doing something REALLY creative with it one of these days. to use my half life analogy again, half life itself wasn't half as popular as team fortress and counter strike, and those were both made non-commercially and independent of the original development.

now, that's expecting alot out of the user base, but I'm going to be fooling around with it too. Sometimes you can stretch the limits on what can be done and it ends up turning out great, even if the tools you're given are pretty simple.

I love the SMM, I am creating the Halo mod (and the only mod with 30+ playable characters and rising, tho you need to change them yourself or stay with MC)

Anyway these mods are great! It is very addictive (i just cant stop playing, After I win or die I always say one more) and it made me get more into homebrew. I even took an extra step to change the text in the game to match mine and give the EBOOT its own icon and music (that i took from twisted metal)

The game again is ment for the On-The-Go Gamer (to be honest I take my PSP to school and when I do play it, its only for like 5-10 minutes)
It is also very customizable and will be very big.

    @ Psp3d
For SMM4 you trying to make it so you can put a comment in the txt file to change the background. Plz do this with the character sheet so you can change the main character, monsters, and blocks the farther in the game you go (and you can make a cruddy boss battle).

    Best Halo Mod Ever...

Idk now I have compitition, You know you are going to have to make yours total different then mine. Why dont you stop the Halo mod and work on the other ones, make them a whole new game itself (like I am doind with the halo one).

Anyway I only plan on the halo one (if a finish, like it will happen, I will create my own character etc.) My brothers, with my help, are going to try and make a bionicle one.

    Back on Topic:
As you can see alot of people are just modding, Me and Maxime are making whole new games altogether. With the Sonic game Max has now and the halo one I am making. In my game I am trying to make it so you see (and soon play as) every halo character. So far you can be MC, and grunt and an elite (all have 15 different colors). The rest only have 1 color unless you mod it yourself.
