I have a V64, which my N64 titles are sent to my PC via a (25 pin) parallel cable.
The NES and SNES were much easier to backup, because in the days of smaller cartridges a single floppy would do the job of backing up a game or two.
Both, it could be that you don't have a DVD drive (hardware)... Or the firmware that supports it (software).
MegaMan9 came out in September '08 on the Virtual Console, priced at 1,000 points. The X series follows MegaMan9, which is strange in it's own timeline... X being 10, then there being more prequels (7-9). As a game, MegaMan9 can be disappointing, which for some reason it often feels recycled.
