    Angry psptoolchain help

    PlZ DONT SAY NO! I HAVE A PROB WITH cygWIN ANd PSP TOOL CHAIN! i downloaded to versions psptoochain-20060120 and psptoolchain-20051202. i cant get the toolchain.sh! how do i get it! and without that i tried svn update it says skipped! how do i do this! plz help me ive followed 3 guides but to no avail! PLZ HELP!
