Psp Toolchain Help!!!!

i downloaded and installed psptoolchain-20051202 and 20060120 and both dont get me toolchain.sh HOW DO I GET THIS FILE!!! i tried 3 tutorials! plz help me! and when i do svn update without the toolchain.sh it says skipped! WHAT DO I DO!!!

Hi, I finally found what the problem was.
The file you download is with extension .tar,
and you can open it in WinRAR. There is one file
inside, so extract it. You need to manually add the extension .TAR onto this file, and then open the extracted file in WinRAR again. When you do, you will see all the files.
