No overflow.tif in MPHDowngrader?????????????????????????

Um, I think i need help........I downloaded the MPHDowngrader but when I unzip it there is no overflow.tif anywhere.....what the hells the problem???

Thanks for the help,but its still doing the same thing.....for some odd reason the overflow.tif file isnt extracting.....but everything else is........

if you have norton anti virus or some virus program disable it
then extract it
some virus programs picks it as a virus

you can also get a 1.5 update file then run PSPSetX through the eloader and change your version to 1.0 through that. then exit to XMB and run the 1.5 update straight from the game menu
it is on the team emergency exit site
