    Default Stef D's C68K Core Updated

    Stef D. has released a new version of his C68K core in this topic on our message boards, including a precompiled version for NeoCD/SDL DC.[br][br]Here's what's new:[br]- RTE instruction fixed (change user mode)[br]- xBCD instruction fixed.[br][br]This core is currently used in preview versions of both NeoCD/SDL DC and Genesis Plus.
