nesterJ fds bios help

exactly which directory do i put the fds bios in order for them to be recognized? i cant find this answer anywhere and i've tried every possible directory i could think of. i think its supposed to be the same one the eboot is in but im not sure

im using 1.20 alpha and a 1.5 psp.

I don't think you need the FDS bios, I checked on my memory stick and didn't see one, yet my FDS games run.
